Hi, I am in the process of Ubuntu Hosting a Ubuntu Guest via KVM and I am about to implement the PCI Passthrough of my TBS6280 Tuner Card. I am reading the Red Hat documentation but I am unclear if the Luis Alves open source drivers need installing on the Guest as well as or instead of the Host, or not?

That's a good question and one I wish I knew the answer to. When I, unsuccessfully, tried with my TV tuner, the drivers were already part of the kernel so I didn't have to worry about that. As I mentioned in the other thread tho I gave up before I got it working
