Sky in the USA?

Hi, great work on the site. Do you know of anything like this for the USA? You appear to be in the UK, and we don't have Sky over here. Are there things I should think about differently to do the same in the states?

Yes, I'm in the UK. The HDHomeRun seems to be popular in the states and would be, I guess, a better version of Sky in as much as it's a proper network implementation of TV rather than the implementation I have which is just TV over coax.
