Podcast handling

Morning all
Just a quick question, what is the podcast handler of choice in Ubuntu? I have used Juice for ages on my windows box and would be more than happy to use the Linux version except it is still being written.
It needs to be simple to maintain, should run from the cmd line. Although I have no objection to having a GUI, my server is headless and I am using VNC less and less.
So answers on a postcard.......
EDIT: Forget that, it turns out that Flexget does everything I need. I just need to learn how to use it.
