umask in Deluge Headless Article

Not sure if this was intentional but I thought I would just give my 2 cents.
Your article (http://www.havetheknowhow.com/Install-t ... dless.html) has the deluge configuration file umask set to 000 (env umask=000), making all files downloaded by deluged have file permissions of 777. Not a huge deal but it seems to make unnecessary universally public permissions. Even deluge themselves (http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/wiki/User ... ce/Upstart) have their configuration file set to 007 but explain the possible differences below.
Anyways the rest of the article was great, thanks for sharing the info!!
